According to Curt, the Curt Trailer Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier # c31006 does not have a specific weight capacity.
The reason is, this is designed to carry any size spare tire, and so its capacity is essentially whatever the tongue weight capacity of your trailer hitch is.

I am assuming you are testing while using the manual override. It should still send power with the manual override even with the trailer disconnected. If you were using the brakes on your motorhome then the problem is that you are using a proportional controller but you aren't moving so there will be no brake output. Based on the fact that the tester works for the other functions it is unlikely that the tester is failing.

I spoke with Lippert about the Lippert Components Kwikee Step Frame 28 Series Step part # LC3747457 and unfortunately, they do not provide any mounting information as this is done through the trailer manufacturer. They did however state that you should not have too many issues so long as the surface in which the steps attach to is sturdy.

Each # 195-000029 swivel glider measures in at just under 30 inches wide, so both will fit in the 63 inch space you mention. Because of the tight quarters, you won't get much in the way of swivel but they will both certainly fit. At the rear of a trailer or RV the ride quality is very rough when compared to the ride quality at the rear of a passenger vehicle. Reason being the suspension isn't as sophisticated and there is a longer distance between the rear axle and the rear of the trailer which exaggerates the movement of the trailer when hitting bumps. You may be able to use a custom fit hitch like the Curt # 14055 you looked at. In order to determine if this would fit or not you will need to measure the bolt holes from frame to frame. If they measure 38-5/8" then this hitch will work for you. Based on that 41-1/2" measurement to the outside there is a good chance this will work.

You can use the Malone Dual Purpose Hitch Receiver # MPG544 to hold your cargo carrier and bike rack. You'll note that the photo shows it offers enough clearance for your application. Do note that like all such adapters it will reduce your hitch capacity by 50%. So if your hitch has a tongue weight rating of 600-lbs, then its capacity drops to 300-lbs with the adapter. Your 2009 Cadillac SRX can be flat towed behind your motorhome when using a lube pump kit but not as is from the manufacturer. A lube pump is used while the vehicle is being flat towed to move fluids, like transmission fluid, through the tow vehicle to keep it from overheating. While I wasn't able to get an exact cutout dimensional sheet from Furrion, I was able to find some dimensions that you can use to get an idea of what kind of cutout you need (see attached). The Furrion RV Sound bar w/ USB Charge # FSB2N25MCBL mounts flush to the wall so the cutout only needs to accommodate the back part of the stereo and the speakers.
